Policy Overview

PurposeProvide a safe and confidential channel for reporting unethical, illegal, or unwanted behaviour.

Scope Applies to all employees, clients, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Reporting Guidelines

Reporting Channels Concerns can be reported to supervisors, the HR department, or through a confidential hotline/email.
Confidentiality All reports are treated with strict confidentiality to protect the whistleblower's identity.
Non-Retaliation Retaliation against anyone reporting in good faith is strictly prohibited.

Investigation All concerns are promptly and thoroughly investigated.
Follow-Up Whistleblowers will be informed of the investigation's outcome within confidentiality constraints.

Responsibilities and Protections

Duty to Report It is a violation of FNRCO’s Code of Conduct to fail to report or refuse to cooperate in investigations
Good Faith Reporting Concerns should be reported in good faith; false or malicious accusations are prohibited.
Protection FNRCO will protect whistleblowers and address any complaints of retaliation, threats, or intimidation against them.
